The first illumination method for violin, viola, cello and bass bows that does not change the weight or balance of the bow and is up to 10x brighter than EL wire. Because the LaserBow fiber is as thin as a hair, you won’t even notice it has been added to the bow. LaserBows play just like a regular bow.

The LaserBow System consists of three parts:

  • Laser Module (self contained power source, single-color light source and charging circuit)
  • Transfer Cable (connects the Laser Module belt pack to the LaserBow)
  • LaserBow equipped Violin, Viola, Cello or Bass Bow (Purchase from our bow manufacturer selections, or your own bow*)

Each Laser Module is a single-color (Red, Green or Blue) light source to illuminate the LaserBow. The LaserBow color is based on the Laser Module and will work with all Laser Module colors.

Laser Module is charged using a Micro-USB cable and a USB power port as found on computers, USB wall plug or portable cell-phone charging power pack. If the Laser Module battery is discharged, you can attach a USB Power Pack and continue using the LaserBow.

Packages are available including an entire single-color (Red, Green or Blue) Laser Module, two Transfer Cables and a LaserBow. Additional Laser Modules are available giving you color options for your performance. Components are available separately if you need replacement Transfer Cables or want additional LaserBows. All components are interchangeable with each other.

A WHITE option will soon be available but requires a special ‘white’ fiber LaserBow and a blue Laser Module. The white LaserBow cannot be used with the red or green Laser Modules.  More information when they become available.

LASERBOWS ARE NOT A TOY.  NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 16. Fiber Optic cables are delicate and subject to damage if not handled carefully. Lasers can be a hazard to eyes and can cause eye damage or blindness. Read and follow all safety instructions before use.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

The LaserBow is warranted for 90 days from date of purchase for manufacturing defects. Not responsible for damage due to use, misuse or loss of use.
The LaserBow Laser Module is warranted for six months from date of purchase for manufacturing defects or product failure not due to abuse, misuse or intentional damage. LaserBows is not responsible for loss of use or damage due to dropping, overheating (follow cycle instructions for the green modules) or connecting to a faulty charging device or cable.
Transfer Cables are not warranted. Each is tested prior to sale. If you receive a defective cable, contact us immediately.
In all cases, damage in shipping should be reported to the carrier. We are not responsible for damage once the product leaves our facilities.

For warranty claims, please contact the authorized dealer where you purchased your LaserBow product. We will work with the dealer to determine eligibility. At our sole discretion we will repair or replace defective products that qualify for the warranty coverage. Replacements may be rebuilt or repaired units that come with the same warranty protection. Shipping to the repair facility is the responsibility of the purchaser. Return shipping will be covered if the item qualifies for warranty coverage.

*LaserBow fiber must be installed by our experts at the factory. When installed, the LaserBow connector is not removable. Installation is permanent. Audience cannot see LaserBow fiber when not illuminated allowing for ‘surprise’ illumination during performance.
